with his victory over steve stricker. >> team europe chipped, drove, and putted their way into the history books. the americans inched back into the game, but europe's justin rose was quick to strike back. jose maria olazabal summoned the golf gods as kaymer stepped onto the green. >> jose maria told me we need your point. i do not really care how you do it. just the letter it. -- just deliver it. it was very straightforward. that is the way we germans are. for chile, i could handle it. and i made the last -- fortunately, i could handle it and i made the last putt. >> this will go down in the history books of the ryder cup. it was a huge comeback, and i am really happy for these 12 wonderful men. >> team europe has reason to celebrate. the ryder cup remains in europe for now. in 2014, the two teams meet again at gleneagles in scotland. >> thanks for watching. don't go away.

representative steve farley. >> i just want to emphasize it's fine for corporations to be involved in the process. corporations have the right to present their arguments, but they don't have the right to do it secretly. they don't havthrit bby people and not register as lobbyists. they don't have the right to take people away on trips, convince them of it, send them backer and then body has seen what's gone on and how that legislator had gotten that idea and where is it coming from. >> farley has introduced a bill to force legislators to disclose their alec ties, just as the law already requires them to do with any lobbyist. >> all i'm asking in the alec acountability act is to make sure that all of those expenses are reported as if they are lobbying expenses and all those gifts that legislators received are reported as if they're receiving gifts from lobbyists. so the public can find out and make up their own minds about who is influencing what. >> steve farley's bill has gone nowhere. alec, on the other hand, is still everywhere. still hiding in plain sight. watch for it. coming soon to a state
